Return & Refund Policy — Magnolia Bird Farm

Thank you for shopping with Magnolia Bird Farm. We want you to be confident in every purchase. Please review our Return & Refund Policy below before completing your order.
1. General Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most unused, unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition received
- In original, unopened packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, certain products are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Opened or partially used seed, food, treats, or supplements
- Bird health products, including medications, probiotics, and vitamins
- Used toys, perches, or cage accessories
- Cages or large items purchased in-store
- Clearance, final sale, or special-order items
- Live birds (sold in-store only; no online returns or exchanges)
If you are unsure whether an item is eligible, please contact us before initiating a return.
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of:
- The damaged item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
We will arrange a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Missing items must also be reported within 48 hours.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement (timing varies by bank/credit card provider).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items that are:
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our fulfillment error
If you need an exchange, contact us so we can arrange the proper replacement.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Magnolia Bird Farm is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they ship.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
8. In-Store Returns
Online purchases may be returned in-store only if they meet all eligibility requirements listed above.
Bring your order number and photo ID.
